Why The Nayak

Public responsibility also requires preparation

“Citizens who wish to contribute to public life deserve structured learning, ethical guidance and practical experience.”

Doctors, engineers, lawyers and civil-service aspirants receive structured education before taking on major responsibilities. In the same way, people who wish to serve society need an understanding of the Constitution, democratic institutions, local administration, citizen needs, communication and ethics.

The Nayak provides this basic civic leadership preparation. It does not offer an election ticket, political appointment or government position. It prepares citizens to serve responsibly; their future path remains their own independent choice.

Age 18 to 24

Volunteer Nayak

For young citizens who want to learn civic responsibility and contribute through supervised community-service activities.
